DUTIES & TAXES

To make things even easier, we’ve included all import duties and taxes within the product price on orders bound for the United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore. As for orders shipping to Canada, the duties are included but taxes are separate.For all other countries, the duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Quick heads up - If you are paying duties and taxes upon delivery we are not able to guarantee landing cost; the amount quoted at checkout is an estimate. Additionally, the shipping carrier may not release the package to you if duties and taxes aren’t paid.

RETURNS

Do we accept international returns? Absolutely. We will happily offer a refund, store credit, or exchange for orders that meet the following criteria:

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition (we will not accept damaged, altered, or worn footwear)
All original packaging – including the box and dust bag – must be included.
Returns and exchanges must include a copy of your receipt.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS

Items marked "Final Sale" are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Items purchased from one of our retail partners are not eligible for return.
Items marked "Sample" are not eligible for return.

DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, digital gift cards are not currently supported for our international shoppers. Please contact customer service if you would like to redeem a digital gift card.
