Return Policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for orders that meet the following criteria:
  1. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging, box and dust bag.
  3. Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
The following conditions also apply:
  • Items marked "Final Sale" may only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
  • Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.
  • Items marked "sample" are not eligible for returns.
MAKING A RETURN:
  1. Visit returns.theofficeofangelascott.com to request a prepaid return label to send back your item(s).
  2. Print out your label & attach to the box. Drop off your package at a UPS facility. We recommend making a note of the tracking number.
  3. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please allow 14-21 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange for the same shoe in an alternate size, you can do so by visiting returns.theofficeofangelascott.com. To exchange for a different color or shoe style entirely, please contact us via phone at 805-845-4350 or email us at hello@theofficeofangelascott.com so we can assist you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns on international orders (per the above return policy), however we do not offer prepaid return labels for orders shipped outside of the United States. Please note we do not provide refunds for any duties, taxes or shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured service for your return, as The Office of Angela Scott is not responsible for items lost in transit.
