We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for orders that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging, box and dust bag.
- Returns and exchanges must include a copy of the order’s receipt.
The following exceptions should be noted:
- Items discounted 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.
MAKING A RETURN:
Use the enclosed prepaid return label to send back your
item(s). With the use of this label, a handling and processing fee of $15.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Drop off your package at a UPS facility. We recommend making a note of the tracking number.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive
your package to process your return. Eligible refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please allow 14-21 days from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.
If you would like to exchange your order, please notify us via phone or email.
Prepaid return labels are not included in orders shipped outside of the United States. Please note we do not provide refunds for any duties, taxes or shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as The Office of Angela Scott is not responsible for items lost in transit.
