I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your new shoes. It's completely normal for your new shoes to feel tight right out of the box. It will take a few wears to loosen the leather. We recommend using Skidmore's Leather Cream to apply with a cloth on the outside of your shoes. This will help open up the leather fibers, while adding a protective layer.
Another great tip for loosening the leather is to use a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol to apply on the inside area where it's feeling tight. After the alcohol soaks in, you can walk around in your house for about 20-30 minutes and reapply as necessary. It will take a few days to loosen up the leather and form to your feet, but this break in tip usually works wonders! I would give it a full week to apply the rubbing alcohol each day consistently and wear inside your house with socks.
